Please review the following items. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to telephone us.

Cancellation Policy

-We require full payment up front from all NEW customers.

-Our cancellation policy is 3 days or 72 hours before your arrival time.

-Cancellation or early pickups in violation of this policy will result in your full board stay being charged.

Prepay Discount

For stays of over 30 days a 10% discount is subtracted from the boarding total if payment is made in advance. Payment upon pick up will be charged at the regular boarding rate.

Recommendation Discount

For each new customer you recommend to us and who completes a boarding stay, you will receive a 5% discount card to apply to a future boarding stay. You also receive a free 5 lb bag of California Natural pet food.

Stay Extension

We understand that plans sometimes can change and your reservation dates will need to be extended. Please have the courtesy to telephone us if you will not be picking up on your scheduled date. Understand that during peak times we operate at full capacity much of the time and are not able to accommodate another boarder without knowing when your pets will be leaving. We welcome stay extensions, with notice.

Bedding, Bowls, Food and Toys.

We are happy to provide your pet’s own bedding during their stay. We ask that you not bring large, filled type beds. Blankets or other washable types of bedding are welcome. Please do not bring your pet’s feeding or water bowls. We provide bowls, and trying to keep track of additional bowls on top of our own is a monumental task.

We welcome any favorite toys you would like to bring for your pet. We cannot be responsible for lost or destroyed toys or bedding. Please label any toys or bedding

We will feed your pet’s own food at no additional charge. We ask that you package only enough food for the boarding stay and label the container with your name and your pet’s name. For specialty, frozen, or foods needing extensive preparation there may be an additional charge.

Early or late arrivals or departures

Our drop off and pickup times are firm with no exceptions. We schedule training and grooming appointments during our morning and afternoon off hours. Understand that this practice not only disrupts us, but also our other customers paying for their own set appointments. As this is our home AND business, our closed hours also serve as "family time". Anyone disrespecting this will be asked to not return.

Billing + Returned Checks

Generally, we do not offer billing. Payment is due in full at the time of pick up or drop. In rare cases we may allow a short extension in payment. We accept cash, checks, money orders, travelers checks, MasterCard and Visa. Any checks returned to us for insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 processing fee.

Pet “Rest Room”

We have an area designated by a red plastic fire hydrant beside the parking area for your pets to relieve themselves. Pets are walked no more than one hour before we open for hours. Please DO NOT allow your pet to relieve themselves on other parts of the lawn, bushes and shrubs, or building. All pets MUST be on leash or in a carrier at all times.

Trespass

Going beyond our posted “staff only” or “private” signs, climbing the stairs to our home front door, looking in windows of the home, or walking beyond our driveway gate when closed, is considered trespass and will be handled by the police. Please respect our signs and privacy. The property is protected by video camera.

Medicine Administration

We will happily give your pet oral medicine or topical applications twice daily at no charge. Medicine requiring three or more daily dosages will be an additional $1.00 per doesage.

Vaccinations

If we request a copy of your vaccination paperwork and it is not presented ,requiring us to telephone your veterinarian we will charge a $5.00 fee. It is your responsibility to provide the proper paperwork on your pet. If we find your pet is in need of vaccinations during a boarding stay, a $35.00 transport fee will be added to the bill on top of the vaccination charge from your veterinarian. Again, it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure proper vaccinations.

Third Party Reservations.

We will no longer accept third party reservations. If a friend or relative would like to board with us they will need to contact us directly to arrange the reservation.
