   The cancellation policy for these reservations shall be 72 hours prior to your selected arrival time and date. You will be
charged for the dates you reserved.  Please understand that your reservation affects every other reservation that we
accept, it is not as easy as "dropping another dog into my spot" when you cancel. Lack of planning on your part does not constitute and emergency on ours.
